What are AI credits?

Each product you process uses AI credits — the exact cost depends on the model you choose. GPT-4o mini costs 1 credit/product (fast, efficient). GPT-4o costs 2 credits/product (higher quality). GPT-4.1 costs 3 credits/product (Agency only — best output quality). Credits on paid plans reset on the 1st of each month. Pro users get 200/month, Agency 500/month. BYOK users bypass credits entirely.

Which AI model should I choose?

GPT-4o mini is the default — it handles the vast majority of products extremely well and gives you the most products per credit. Upgrade to GPT-4o for richer, more nuanced content (ideal for premium or complex products). GPT-4.1 (Agency) delivers the highest quality output using OpenAI's latest flagship model. Pro and Agency users can switch models any time in Settings with no extra subscription cost.

What is the Free Trial for?

The free tier is designed purely for testing — to let you see exactly how the tool works end to end before committing to a paid plan. The 10 lifetime credits never reset and are not suitable for running a real store. Upgrade to Pro or Agency for production use.

What is Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)?

Pro and Agency users can optionally add their own OpenAI API key in Settings. When active, all AI calls use your own key directly — no monthly credit limit applies. Your own SerpAPI key can also be added to use your own image search quota.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — one click in the billing portal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), BACS Direct Debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all via Stripe.

What product categories work?

Any retail category — tropical fish, reptiles, plants, electronics, clothing, supplements, food and more. Add a 'category' column to your spreadsheet and the AI adapts the content, tone, and attribute structure automatically.

What does the Agency custom prompt do?

Write your own OpenAI prompt template with placeholders like {product_name}, {genre}, {price} — full control over tone, structure and content output format. Ideal for agencies managing multiple client stores.

Can I update products already on my store?

Yes — Pro and Agency users can import their live WooCommerce catalogue, select products, and let WooWizard rewrite the listings with fresh SEO content, then publish straight back to WooCommerce.
